**Technical Manufacturing Trainer**
The Technical Manufacturing Trainer will be responsible for designing and conducting practical training sessions for team members in various domains including welding, assembly, and electrical systems. This role involves assessing skill deficiencies, developing training resources, and collaborating with management to promote a culture focused on safety and ongoing enhancement. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, along with a minimum of five years of practical experience in manufacturing or a related technical sector. A strong mechanical aptitude, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in understanding technical documentation are critical for success in this position.
