You will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for Software Engineering, Infrastructure, and Product roles, from initial sourcing to final offer. Additionally, you will partner with technical leadership to define requirements and analyze recruiting KPIs to optimize pipeline strategy. Candidates must have 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with a focus on engineering or product roles. Proficiency in ATS/TMS tools and the ability to work on-site three days per week at a Salesforce hub are mandatory.
