Job description

Job Summary

The Technical Sales Manager for the Midwest region is responsible for driving sales growth and providing technical support within the designated market area. The role focuses on establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that leverage the company’s products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Engage with clients to identify their technical requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Provide product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align offerings with market demands.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities in the market.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in a relevant industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
