**Teen Services Director**
The Teen Services Director is responsible for managing the strategic direction, programming, and financial oversight of the BGCT Teen Center. This role includes guiding the team, maintaining safety and quality benchmarks, and building collaborative partnerships within the community to enhance youth development. Applicants should have a minimum of four years of experience in organizations focused on serving youth, with at least two years in a leadership role. Essential qualifications include robust skills in staff supervision, an understanding of youth development principles, and proficiency in facility management.
