**Director**
The Director oversees educational training programs, such as the Curriculum Fellows initiative and a newly developed graduate certificate in education, while promoting innovative teaching methods. They provide mentorship to trainees, instruct various courses, and work with faculty to execute key educational strategies. Applicants should possess at least 7-8 years of pertinent experience in higher education, ideally holding a PhD in life sciences. A solid background in instructional design, inclusive pedagogy, and educational research is essential.
