Job description
**Job Title: Telephone Operator**
The Telephone Operator acts as the main liaison for the facility, responsible for managing incoming telephone calls and routing them to the correct departments. This role includes responding to emergency codes, paging staff members, and delivering outstanding customer service to both patients and personnel. Applicants are required to possess a High School Diploma or GED, along with a minimum of one year of pertinent customer service experience. Candidates should also demonstrate proficiency with telecom equipment, computer systems, and medical terminology.
