Job description
The Unit Manager plays a crucial role in providing exceptional, compliant nursing care while striving for favorable clinical results within their designated unit. This position involves offering professional support to the team, managing medication protocols, and working closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure sufficient staffing levels. Applicants should have graduated from a recognized licensed practical nursing program and possess a valid nursing license for the state. A minimum of one year of experience in nurse management and a current BLS/CPR certification are necessary qualifications.
