Job Summary
The Teller plays a crucial role in supporting members with various financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and funds transfers, while delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, this position involves guiding members on the use of credit union technologies and products to effectively address their financial requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist members with processing deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support.
- Educate members on credit union products and technological services.
- Address members’ financial needs through effective service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of six months experience in a financial institution, cash handling, or customer service.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Aptitude for thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
