The Universal Banker is tasked with providing exceptional customer service, executing financial transactions, and overseeing branch operations. Additionally, this role includes promoting bank products, supporting clients with loan applications, and guiding new staff members. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED. Prior experience in cash handling, retail, or financial services is strongly preferred.
