Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist – Temporary plays a crucial role in enhancing business value through effective talent acquisition strategies. This position will directly support Talent Acquisition Advisors (TAAs) by handling various tasks that streamline the recruitment process while working onsite in Brentwood, Tennessee.
Responsibilities
- Assist Talent Acquisition Advisors in their recruitment efforts.
- Conduct preliminary screenings of candidates to evaluate their suitability.
- Collaborate with recruiters to optimize the candidate selection process.
- Manage the scheduling of interviews and recruitment-related activities.
- Communicate effectively with local HR teams and hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Engage with employee resource groups and facilitate mentorship opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reporting processes related to talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Experience in talent acquisition or human resources is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Proficient in scheduling and administrative tasks.
- Familiarity with employee engagement initiatives and resource groups is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
