Job Summary
The Territory Collections Specialist plays a vital role in overseeing a designated set of accounts aimed at increasing cash flow while reducing financial risks. The position involves actively tracking overdue accounts, addressing billing conflicts, and partnering with other departments to enhance collection methods.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure timely collection and improve cash flow.
- Monitor accounts that are past due and initiate appropriate actions for resolution.
- Resolve any billing disputes through effective communication and negotiation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for enhancing collection processes.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or credit management.
- Proficient in account reconciliation and data analysis.
- Strong command of Excel for financial reporting and tracking.
- Excellent negotiation skills and effective communication abilities.
