Territory Manager
Location: St. Paul, MN (Remote)
Salary: $90,000-$120,000/YR
We are thrilled to announce an opening for a Territory Manager in St. Paul, Minnesota! In this position, you will play a vital role in enhancing revenue from your designated existing accounts by facilitating the introduction of new products, optimizing the product mix, and promoting upselling opportunities. You will also provide continuous support to current customers, including assistance with new product launches, technical sales inquiries, and product testing. Your efforts will help maintain strong customer relationships and ensure proper upkeep of dispenser systems for newly acquired accounts. This role also involves adhering to company standards, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth through assigned existing accounts by upselling, optimizing product mix, and introducing new products.
- Deliver product and technical support to customers, assisting with mix design, troubleshooting, and field QA/QC.
- Support new customer product launches, technical sales efforts, and testing initiatives.
- Perform maintenance and repair of dispensers as needed.
- Build and sustain relationships with clients in assigned accounts.
- Take a lead role in local industry organizations and initiatives.
- Assist in the integration of newly acquired accounts and provide ongoing support.
- Share competitor and market insights with relevant organizational teams.
Qualifications:
- An Associate degree or Technical School diploma is required; a BA/BS is preferred.
- 2-5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Sales experience or an aptitude for sales is essential; experience in concrete QA/QC is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the concrete and construction sectors is highly regarded.
