Territory Manager
Nashville, Memphis (Remote)
$85,000-$110,000/YR
We are excited to announce an opening for a Territory Manager in the Mid-South region! In this position, your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth for established accounts by showcasing new products, optimizing product offerings, and promoting upselling opportunities. You will also provide ongoing support to existing clients through product launches, technical sales, and testing. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, as well as managing newly acquired accounts and dispenser maintenance, will be key aspects of your role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance revenue by promoting product upselling, optimizing product mix, and launching new products within assigned existing accounts.
- Provide technical and product assistance to clients, including mix design, troubleshooting, and field quality assurance/control.
- Support new product launches, technical sales, and testing for new clients.
- Carry out dispenser repairs and maintenance activities.
- Foster and sustain customer relationships with assigned accounts.
- Take on a leadership role in local industry organizations.
- Assist with the integration and support of newly acquired clients.
- Relay relevant competitive insights and market intelligence to the appropriate organizational teams.
Qualifications:
- Required: Associate or Technical School degree; BA/BS preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in the industry.
- Sales experience or aptitude is essential; preferred experience in concrete QA/QC along with electrical and mechanical skills.
- Strong computer proficiency and communication skills are necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the concrete and construction industry is favored.
