Job Summary
The Territory Manager – Surgical is accountable for driving clinical sales of Ultrasonics within a specified geographic area. This position requires effective collaboration with healthcare professionals in environments such as hospitals, surgery centers, and physician offices. Reporting to the Director, the manager aims to foster business growth through the acquisition of new accounts and maintenance of existing relationships.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clinical teams in surgical settings to promote product offerings.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s footprint within the designated territory.
- Develop strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of products in medical facilities.
- Provide training and support to users regarding the effective application of Ultrasonics technology.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in clinical sales, preferably within a surgical or medical device environment.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and surgical processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in managing time and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
