The Test Technician I performs inspections and testing of compressor components and systems to ensure compliance with quality specifications. They also interpret blueprints, connect electrical leads, and record test data while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least two years of related mechanical and electrical experience. Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics, along with basic knowledge of electrical motor controls and PLC systems, is required.
