Job Summary
The Market Manager plays a critical role in fostering business expansion through the identification, prospecting, and establishment of partnerships with healthcare institutions. This position encompasses managing the entire sales process, showcasing product demonstrations, and ensuring an effective sales pipeline through the utilization of CRM systems.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business development by seeking out and securing partnerships with healthcare organizations.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight key features and benefits.
- Maintain an organized and proactive sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- A minimum of three years of sales experience is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is necessary.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the vaccine market is essential.
- Experience in selling to pediatric or primary care providers is mandatory.
