Job description
**Job Title: Therapist I**
The Therapist I is responsible for delivering therapeutic services, which encompass behavioral health evaluations and counseling for individuals facing challenges related to homelessness and mental health or substance use disorders. This position requires the maintenance of clinical records, participation in interdisciplinary meetings for care coordination, and assistance to colleagues in managing their caseloads. Applicants must possess an associate-level professional license, such as LMSW or LAC, along with excellent communication and computer skills. Familiarity with electronic health records and possession of a valid driver’s license are necessary, as well as competence in implementing evidence-based interventions.
