Job Summary
The Tool Prep & Reconditioning Lead is responsible for managing the daily operations related to the preparation and reconditioning of tools, ensuring that all activities adhere to the highest quality standards. This position requires effective coordination with the production team and involves training new staff members, along with overseeing the department’s scheduling to align with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations for tool preparation and reconditioning.
- Manage the department schedule to ensure efficient workflow.
- Train and mentor new team members on processes and quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with the production team to achieve company goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- A minimum of five years of experience in composite manufacturing is necessary.
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident to comply with ITAR regulations.
- Ability to wear a tight-fitting respirator as part of safety protocols.
