Job description
**Top Hand Lead**
The Top Hand Lead plays a crucial role in supporting telecommunications installation projects by ascending towers to install, repair, and maintain antenna systems. This position also involves supervising team members, overseeing on-site inventory, and guaranteeing that all work complies with safety and quality regulations. Interested applicants should have 2-3 years of relevant telecommunications experience at height and the physical capability to climb tall structures on a daily basis. A high school diploma or G.E.D. is necessary, along with a valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel.
