**Transplant Nurse Coordinator**
The Transplant Nurse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the holistic care of patients undergoing transplant procedures. This role encompasses gathering relevant data, coordinating follow-up appointments, and providing patient education. Acting as a crucial communication bridge, the Coordinator ensures smooth interactions among patients, their families, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team, facilitating efficient and economical care delivery. Applicants should possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and hold an active Registered Nurse license in Illinois. Candidates must also have at least 2-3 years of recent clinical experience in transplantation or a similar area.
