Job Summary
The Travel Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) position offers a competitive weekly salary of $1,236 and is located in Coos Bay, Oregon, 97420. This role involves working onsite and is offered through Triage Staffing LLC. The contract lasts for 13 weeks, starting as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- The technician will perform laboratory tests and analyses to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
- They will be required to work a rotating schedule comprising 3 twelve-hour shifts.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in the laboratory environment.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment as necessary.
- Document and report test results accurately and promptly.
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technician program.
- Current certification or licensure as a Medical Laboratory Technician.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
