Job Summary
TotalMed is looking for a dedicated Travel Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join our team in Madras, Oregon. This position offers a competitive weekly pay and provides an opportunity to work onsite for a 13-week assignment starting on November 14, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Perform various laboratory tests and procedures to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment.
- Ensure all laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the lab environment.
- Accurately document test results and communicate findings to the healthcare team.
- Assist in training new staff and interns as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician.
- Experience in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Effective communication skills and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules.
