Job Summary
The Trial Representative is tasked with organizing trial files, aiding clients in their preparations, and filing necessary pleadings. This position also involves representing clients in Workers’ Compensation hearings, negotiating settlements, and assessing medical reports to devise successful legal strategies.
Responsibilities
- Prepare trial files and assist clients with their trial preparations.
- File appropriate pleadings related to cases.
- Represent clients during Workers’ Compensation hearings.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
- Evaluate medical reports to determine effective case strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Workers’ Compensation litigation.
- Proficiency in trial appearances and settlement documentation.
- Must reside in or near Riverside or San Bernardino County, California.
