Job description
The position entails overseeing production support functions, which encompasses incident, problem, and change management according to ITIL practices. You will be responsible for monitoring production operations to detect possible issues and take preemptive measures. Applicants should possess a strong grasp of database management, operating systems, and various programming languages. Prior experience with ITIL methodologies and production support is essential, and familiarity with cloud platforms and scripting will be advantageous.
