The Turret Set-Up III plays a crucial role in executing intricate setups, managing CNC turret punch machines, and guaranteeing the production of high-quality components. This position also entails diagnosing and resolving machine problems, enhancing setup methodologies, and guiding less experienced operators to boost overall productivity. Applicants should possess over 5 years of experience in turret punch press operations, along with a solid grasp of blueprint interpretation, GD&T, and tooling choices. A high school diploma is necessary, complemented by strong mechanical skills and the capacity to collaborate efficiently within a team.
