The Unit Associate welcomes visitors, oversees patient documentation, and offers administrative assistance to the nursing staff. Their responsibilities also include helping with patient appointments, gathering data, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards in the environment. Preferred candidates should have a high school diploma or an associate degree along with a year of pertinent experience in a hospital setting. Additionally, a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory for this role.
