The Advanced Practice Clinician is responsible for overseeing a specific patient demographic through conducting physical assessments, ordering tests, and developing care plans based on the latest evidence. This role also includes promoting collaboration within the interdisciplinary team and maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patients’ progress. Applicants must have a current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Tennessee and should have a minimum of one year of pertinent professional experience. A Master’s degree is necessary for this role.
