**Job Title:** Store Team Leader
The Store Team Leader is responsible for guiding and cultivating store teams through effective training, constructive feedback, and the establishment of clear operational goals to achieve excellence. This role focuses on enhancing financial results and sales performance by overseeing budget management, inventory processes, and the presentation of merchandise. A minimum of two years of college education is required, or alternatively, one year of retail experience along with one year in a supervisory role. Candidates should be prepared to engage in job-specific training and successfully complete any necessary background checks if required.
