Job description
The Produce Lead oversees the produce and floral team to enhance sales, guarantee operational efficiency, and uphold exceptional standards for product quality and safety. This role involves working closely with fellow team leaders to fulfill member expectations, as well as training associates and overseeing inventory management. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 6 months of experience in a fresh production environment or in a leadership role. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and ready to undertake all mandatory training and evaluations.
