**Job Title: Benefits Advisor**
The Benefits Advisor will be responsible for leading standardized briefings on VA benefits, providing individualized counseling sessions, and organizing transition support events for service members stationed at Schofield Barracks. This role includes delivering a pre-defined curriculum, overseeing on-site operations, and conducting quality management activities. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree or have at least three years of relevant work or military experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. Candidates must also demonstrate strong capabilities in adult education, customer service management, and have prior experience working with military individuals.
