**Utility Cleaner**
The Utility Cleaner will carry out essential maintenance duties throughout the facility, which include tasks such as floor cleaning, window washing, and engaging in diverse maintenance projects. This role requires the operation of cleaning machinery, including scrubbers and other specialized equipment, to ensure the facility stays in top condition. Applicants should be a minimum of 18 years old and have experience working with floor care cleaning machines and scrubbers. While a formal educational background is not mandatory, having at least one year of relevant work experience in this area, along with strong customer service abilities, is highly desirable.
