Job Summary
The Valve Assembler plays a crucial role in the assembly of valves and their components, adhering to detailed blueprints, work instructions, and the bill of materials. This position is essential in ensuring that all assembled products meet the required quality standards and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Assemble valves and associated components in accordance with provided blueprints and work instructions.
- Perform pressure testing to verify the integrity and functionality of assembled products.
- Maintain and care for the assembly equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Comply with ISO 9001 documentation requirements and quality practices throughout the assembly process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Strong mechanical skills and the ability to interpret technical blueprints.
- Experience in using mechanical tools and precision measuring instruments.
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and a keen attention to detail.
