**Licensing Specialist**
The Licensing Specialist plays a key role in performing home study evaluations for potential foster and adoptive families while managing a caseload to guarantee adherence to regulatory requirements. This position involves maintaining professional communication with families, offering support during the licensing journey, and ensuring that all documentation is both accurate and submitted promptly. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of one year of relevant experience, with a master’s degree being advantageous. This role demands excellent organizational abilities, readiness to travel within Region 3, and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends when necessary.
