Job description
The Veterinary Assistant will assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, and procedures, emphasizing safe handling and restraint of animals. Additionally, they will be tasked with keeping precise medical records and delivering empathetic communication to clients about treatment plans and discharge instructions. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in veterinary care, animal care, or kennel environments. Essential skills include safe animal handling, familiarity with basic veterinary terminology, and the capability to maintain accurate medical documentation.
