Job description
The role of Veterinary Assistant entails delivering nursing care, conducting diagnostic examinations, and aiding in surgical procedures. Responsibilities also include managing patient triage, administering medications, and clearly conveying treatment plans to clients. Applicants should have a minimum of one year of experience in a veterinary environment and demonstrate excellent communication and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in pet restraint, sample collection, and monitoring anesthesia is strongly preferred.
