**Veterinary Receptionist**
The Veterinary Receptionist is the first point of contact at the hospital, overseeing appointment scheduling, managing patient traffic, and handling multi-line telephone systems. This role requires a commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences, processing payments, and offering vital information to pet owners. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year’s experience in customer service, reception, or other client-interactive positions. Strong communication and organizational skills, along with the capability to navigate emotionally charged situations in a busy environment, are essential.
