**Veterinary Receptionist**
The Veterinary Receptionist acts as the friendly first point of contact for clients at the hospital, coordinating appointments, overseeing patient traffic, and operating multi-line telephone systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring outstanding client interactions, managing transactions, and delivering important information regarding veterinary services. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a reception capacity, with a preference for candidates who have experience in veterinary or healthcare environments. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities are essential to effectively navigate both routine and sensitive circumstances.
