Job description
The RN delivers direct nursing services, treatment, and educational support to patients within their residences, following a specified care plan. This role includes coordinating with various healthcare professionals, maintaining accurate documentation of services provided, and being part of the on-call rotation. Applicants should be a Registered Nurse holding a valid Illinois license, with a minimum of one year of pertinent experience. Additionally, candidates must possess reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current CPR certification.
