**Job Title: Veterinary Receptionist**
As the main point of contact for our hospital, the Veterinary Receptionist is responsible for overseeing appointment scheduling, managing patient flow, and handling a multi-line phone system. This position involves delivering outstanding client service, processing payments, and providing clients with relevant information about our veterinary services. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in a customer service or reception capacity, with a preference for those who have prior experience at the front desk in a veterinary or healthcare setting. Candidates must demonstrate excellent organizational abilities, maintain a positive demeanor, and uphold professionalism in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
