The Selling Specialist acts as an expert on Vineyard Vines products to enhance sales and optimize store performance. This role is focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, upholding brand visual standards, and implementing effective store operations. Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent customer service abilities and have the availability to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. Additionally, the position necessitates physical stamina, including the capability to lift and transport items weighing up to 40 lbs.
