Job Summary
The Virtual Patient Monitor will play a crucial role in healthcare by overseeing and analyzing patient data in real-time. This position involves utilizing advanced technology to ensure the well-being of patients remotely, allowing for timely interventions and care management. The individual will be responsible for tracking vital signs and communicating with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vitals and health indicators through digital platforms.
- Alert medical staff in case of abnormalities or urgent care needs.
- Maintain detailed records of patient data and interactions.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to discuss patient status and treatment plans.
- Assist in the development and implementation of remote care protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, health information technology, or related field.
- Previous experience in a clinical or monitoring role preferred.
