Job Summary
The Vice President, Area Manager is responsible for overseeing several retail branches, focusing on achieving operational efficiency, enhancing sales performance, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. This position plays a crucial role in guiding branch managers, evaluating staff performance, and executing strategic marketing and sales initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations of multiple retail locations to drive operational excellence.
- Support branch managers through coaching and mentoring to enhance their effectiveness.
- Manage the performance and development of employees within the branches.
- Design and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives to foster business growth.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline.
- A minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience in branch operations or sales management.
- At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant banking software.
