Job description
The Vice President of Product & Platform Engineering will be tasked with establishing and directing the strategic vision for the platform, including its architecture and implementation, to align with the organization’s product operating model. This role entails creating an ecosystem that is scalable, secure, and conducive to developers, while promoting a culture that values operational excellence and innovation. Ideal candidates will possess over 12 years of experience in software engineering and leadership in platform environments, showcasing a successful history with cloud-native solutions and distributed systems. Candidates must demonstrate strong technical proficiency in DevOps, continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), and infrastructure architecture, in addition to the capability to manage large engineering teams effectively.
