Ideal candidates will possess over 12 years of experience in software engineering and leadership in platform environments, showcasing a successful history with cloud-native solutions and distributed systems. Candidates must demonstrate strong technical proficiency in DevOps, continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), and infrastructure architecture, in addition to the capability to manage large engineering teams effectively.
