Job description
The Project Superintendent is tasked with overseeing subcontractors, construction trades, and labor teams to maintain project quality and compliance with the overall timeline. This role includes managing site safety, handling documentation, maintaining equipment inventory, and reporting on daily progress. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or alternatively, over 10 years of industry experience without a degree. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in project scheduling, document management, and OSHA safety regulations.
