Job description
The Vice President of Strategic Finance is responsible for spearheading the creation and implementation of comprehensive financial models and strategic projects aimed at facilitating business transformation. This position requires collaboration with senior leadership to establish key priorities, oversee mergers and acquisitions, and maintain financial consistency across product, sales, and operational divisions. Applicants should possess at least 12 years of advancing finance experience, particularly within enterprise SaaS organizations, along with a strong understanding of subscription-based business models. A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is mandatory, while an MBA or CFA is preferred. Candidates should also demonstrate advanced financial modeling capabilities and leadership acumen.
