Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in our operations, focusing on efficiently managing inventory and ensuring smooth warehouse activities. This position involves various tasks that support the overall functioning of the warehouse, from receiving shipments to preparing orders for delivery.
Responsibilities
- Receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming shipments.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and performing regular stock counts.
- Packing and preparing orders for shipment.
- Assisting with loading and unloading of goods.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse environment.
- Adhering to all safety procedures and protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and hand trucks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects as required.
