Job description
The Group Leader will oversee the department’s performance, manage staff, and provide guidance to junior colleagues. This role involves handling several projects at once, fostering business growth, and nurturing client relationships. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. A minimum of 7 years of experience in the consulting field and at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity is required.
