Job description
The Assistant Director of Engineering oversees the day-to-day operations, team management, and maintenance initiatives to guarantee that the property upholds exceptional luxury hospitality standards. This position includes responsibilities such as budget management, maintaining vendor partnerships, and coordinating emergency responses, in addition to serving as the department head when the Director is unavailable. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of two years of experience in engineering or maintenance within a hotel or high-end residential environment, with a preference for those with supervisory roles. A strong technical background in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems, along with relevant certifications such as EPA Section 608, is essential.
