**Production Team Lead**
The Production Team Lead oversees daily assembly operations, coordinates the allocation of resources, and guarantees that zonal objectives are achieved by providing effective leadership to the team. This role also serves as a communication bridge between the team and upper management, while promoting a culture focused on continuous improvement and safety. Applicants must possess a high school diploma and relevant experience in an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or Tier-1 automotive manufacturing setting. Strong leadership abilities and hands-on experience with shop-floor operations and assembly lines are essential.
