Job description
**Job Title: Front-End Design Team Lead**
In this role, you will spearhead and oversee a front-end design team dedicated to creating cutting-edge CPU subsystems, with an emphasis on micro-architecture and RTL design. You will work closely with various cross-functional teams to enhance performance, power efficiency, and area utilization, ensuring that all project deadlines are achieved. A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science is mandatory, along with a minimum of 15 years of experience in CPU design. Ideal candidates will possess extensive knowledge of load-store unit logic, cache subsystems, and experience in leading high-performance design teams.
